Misc. Issues

Commentary, observations and differences noted between I.E. Explorer and Mozilla browsers

I used MS FrontPage to design this website and to maintain it.  I.E. Explorer has always displayed this web with satisfactory results.  Mozilla and Microsoft have been bitter enemies for years so the following 'issues' are not a great surprise but are still a pain in the a$$.

Mozilla browsers, including FireFox cause the following anomalies:

  1. Home Page hyperlinks will flash (not all of them but most of them), and only the home page hyperlinks do this!

  2. Bi-Polar TC page - at the top, there's a gif of that machine in operation, it seems to run about twice as fast with a Mozilla browser which is faster than it is in real life.

  3. "Watermarked' photos will not remain stationary as a background image but will scroll up with the text, not a good look.

  4. That's it so far, and all-in-all, it's not too long a list and these issues may be solvable.
