The Hans Coler Devices

A few years ago I received this report from the British War Department. I did not request it, it just arrived in the mail one day without any explanation. Anyway, here is the entire report as I received it. If anyone has additional info I'd like to include it here. A parts list with component specs is at the top of my list, it is referred to but is missing.

I almost missed this email. I had given up hearing from you, thanks for the reply. Since emailing you there have been reports that Coler (may have) used or coated some of the parts (wires or magnets) with radium or some other radioactive agent. None of that is in the reports that I have found, I believe it to be conjecture but it may have basis since that sort of thing was practiced in the 'free energy' field at that time.
Anyway, what I realized after studying the reports and diagrams of the Magnetstromapparat is that the method of wrapping the wire around the magnets seems to follow Tesla's Patent #512340 Coil for Electromagnets which is a bifilar wound coil in a special series connection.
I also believe the Magnetstromapparat was supposed to be the power source for Coler's Stromerzeuger since it did not need much power to begin generating/transforming, and again, some of the coils seem to follow Tesla's winding specs. This makes sense since the special winding reduces back EMF which you may need in a generator but not in a transformer arrangement.
I am sure many others have figured out the values needed for the coil and condensors in a 180 kHz resonant circuit so I won't go into them here, and I may have misfigured because I did not take the windings around the magnets (and the magnets themselves as cores) into consideraton. Moving the magnets should not affect mutual induction because the magnets tend to isolate the coil fields so they act as individual units. This way each magnet/winding act as an individual electronic component connected to the whole.
I never could get anyone to tranlate the Stromerzeuger patent for me. I tried my best to do it myself. It took awhile but I finally got the gist of it. Most of my time is spent in research and reading as I am disabled (epilepsy and sleep related problems, etc.) and tired/exaused most of the time. I have many projects I would love to do but never seem to get to them :(
