The Hans Coler Devices

A few years ago I received this report from, I believe, the British War Department, I shouldn't have thrown away the envelope.  Anyway, Here's the entire report as I received it.  If anyone has additional info I'd like to include it here.  A parts list with component specs is at the top of my list.  A parts list is referred to but is predictably, I suppose, missing.
